This Amber coloured, velvety honey with the most pleasant aroma comes from the valleys of Kashmir. This honey predominantly contains the nectar of the Acacia tree found in the Kashmir valley. Beekeepers harvest this honey from the beehives of the Apis Mellifera species of bees.
Every year during the months of May and June this honey is harvested and is available for limited time periods only.
When we started Honey & Spice we saw that Kashmir honey was primarily exported out of India and was not available for Indian consumers because of its high demand abroad. We started procuring this honey at a higher rate to make it available to the Indian consumer. Today we are proud to say that it is one of our most in-demand product.

This amber-coloured honey is a precious gift from theforests of Southern parts of India.Hand-harvested annually during April to June, this honey is from the Apis Florea species of bees. It holds the nectar of various wildflowers, enriching it with exceptional health benefits.
